Hardly A Prince CharmingA Poem by Sherratt133Let me introduce myself, I'm the one left on the shelf, They say my behaviour's alarming, I'm, the one, the best, Prince Charming. I'm causing a reaction, They'll take a course of action, Don't waste your breath, I'm not finished Now lets get down to business.
I'm the one who causes fights, I'm that blackened, stormy night. Strike fear into babies' eyes, Of sorts, A devil in disguise. Begin to stroll into town, Turn your world upside-down. Fun turns to trouble and strife, A small joke to a switchblade knife. I'll start opposition. I'll make an observation. Make your compromise. Swat them down like flies.
I'm the one who causes fights, I'm that blackened, stormy night. Strike fear into babies' eyes, Of sorts, A devil in disguise. I'll just take another bullet; shall I? You'd love to see me cry. Strike me in the face with your fist, © 2010 Sherratt133Reviews
