This piece speaks to me of how at times we are surrounded by those that would destroy the core essense of who we are. It also speaks to me of life and those moments were we are forced to wake up and see things as a reality, rather than some fancifull dream inside.
The black and white in this piece represents the simplicity of youth. The tigers roar and sharp fangs is the song of opression and the real world shattering the dream.
The last two lines sum it up well, in that often, reality slashes without care for what it destroys.
Great Ink, Thanks for sharing!
