Enjoying Rain

I woke this morning
to the sound of rain
outside my open bedroom window

I smiled
such a soothing sound
and I had no where
I needed to do
today

So I relaxed in bed
listening to the rain
pattering outside
on the bushes
and pavement
 and just end joyed

Rain is always more enjoyable when you don't have to go out in it!

Very nice. I, too, enjoy listening to rain and watching it when I'm inside where its comfortable and warm but having to gout in it, yeah, make it go away then! Very enjoyable poem.
