Asylum

A Poem by Eliza Pleasant
"

And yet another piece from my class. Enjoy!

"

I live in my own world.

Why should I be punished?

I see the world differently.

Is that a crime?

I am thought of as an outcast.

Why am I leaving home?

I act stranger than others.

Please don't take me.

I don't understand most things.

Don't push me.

I am supposedly dangerous to myself and others.

No! You can't do this!

I am psychotic.

Get out of my way!

Simply short and straight to the point, straight to mind of a 'crazy' person. The line, I am supposedly dangerous to myself and others. has speak out loud for the title "Asylum". Nicely written. Dont' stop writing like this :)
