I am Quick

I am Quick

A Poem by Eliza Pleasant
"

Another poem written in my class... Enjoy!

"

Quick

Cunning

Sly

Each muscle is tense, they almost snap.

I see him.

He senses danger.

Will he run?

The night hides me admiringly.

Am I destined to do this?

A sharp pain in my stomach shouts yes.

I am quick.

He is gone.
