Never

Never knowing where you're going.

Never inspired, motivated, sparked. 

Just mechanical.

Never feeling, never loving.

Never being loved by something.

All I know, is what to do.

Which, is the worst thing to know, of course.

Hmm..I very much like the thoughts behind this poem. Not so much the content of the thoughts, but the fact that you have a story beneath your visible words. Does that make sense? In so few words, you have told a story.
PS There is always hope, even on the darkest of days.
