You have the ability to make yourself happy.

You have complete control over your life from now on.

No one controls you anymore.

You can get help to work through your problems, or you can live with them.

You can continue to think your worthless, or you can reveiw your strengths and learn to love yourself.

You can decide never to trust anyone again, or you can refuse to let a few rotten apples spoil your barrel of humanity for the rest of your life.

All of tje choices are up to you now.

And it's all downhill from here, if you let it be.
