Stars

Stars

A Poem by Courtney

I choose to believe in stars
That shine their undying glow
On this temporary world.
I can rest my weary head
Knowing with a certainty
That I may join the glimmer
Resting in peace up above.
These tears I have idly shed
Are brought out by a sparkling
Light. Hope. I may rest in peace.
Laying on my resting place,
I choose to believe in stars.

Lovely poem but heyy...don't wish to be R.I.P cause, I hate seeing someone as nice and beautiful as you R.I.P ..anyway, very well penned, I love the theme the way you used to speak through the words. I loved the title too, it's seemed like you've praised the beauty of your eyes which're not less than twinkling stars ;)

Keep up the good work!
