For a Good Friend.. :)

This is something I wrote to honor one of my good friends, who is always here when I need them.. They don't realize their true greatness..

The good in the world
Shall be the most tried
Patience unfurled
Can remain not inside

A need for releases
To express all the pain
Your soul which in pieces
Inside it shall remain

Allow me come inside
You’ll never be alone.
Lower walls of pride,
Soften heart of stone

I promise to be true
Your worry be for naught
You care for I; as you
My love cannot be bought

As a friend, I will be here;
I’m here as much can be
You forever have my ear
As you are here for me

I do not thank you enough
For listening when life grows tough
