Ambiguous To Come

Ambiguous To Come

A Poem by Courtney

There will come a time
In everyone's life
Reach through the grime
Beauty come from the strife

What became who you are
Depends all on the past
Moving through was sub par
Before releasing ballast

The end remains unclear
As a foggy winter's night
Is it far or is it near?
Ambiguous to shedding light

Break through the pain and hate and greed
For holding on gains fear to breed

This poem holds some truth, and that is always a great basis for writing. I like your third stanza the best, because it shows how everybody can come to asking different questions about the meaning of life, and where we all go after this. To make this poem better, I would suggest using some punctuation and thinking of it more as a flowing paragraph, and then split it into stanzas rather than sort of forcing it into choppy lines. Other than that, I can see that you have some potential to write great things! :) Good job
