She was petrified, any fool could see it, but it was evident by her shaking hands pressed lightly to her stomach, she cared not for herself but for the life that grew within her and she would do anything to protect it. However, Elliot knew to well that if Blake didn't pay the ransom, Alexander would kill her. Something in Elliot churned at the thought of killing an innocent woman, he pushed even the idea to the depths of his mind as she waited for Alexander's next move.
"How do you know my husband?" Evelyn questioned.
"It doesn't matter how, all you need to know is we do." Alexander said, silencing her at once.
"I've waited a long time for my money, Evelyn." Alexander muttered as he progressed purposefully towards the cowering woman in the darkness of the room.
"Get away from me." Evelyn snarled as she slapped at his hands as he reached for her.
"You're the best leverage there is against your husband, so taking you when I did, in your state-" Alexander nodded towards her stomach and Evelyn flinched "Has proven quite ideal. If he doesn't pay up he'll loose not only his wife, but his child too." She began to scream as he clutched at her wrists, tearing them away from her body. Her piercing scream dulled his senses with panic, as he registered how to silence her. Alexander clenched his fist and hit her on the chin, rendering her senseless. She fell limply into his arms and  he liked it.
"What are you doing Alexander?!" Ordered Elliot, as he peered at the weakened body of Evelyn Sinclair "We are not supposed to hurt her!"
"I-I shouldn't have done that." Alexander stuttered as his eyes fixated on the limp woman his arms contained.
"Take her." Alexander ushered as he placed Evelyn into Elliot's arms, allowing him to place her gently on the sofa in the corner of the room. Once done, Elliot whirled around.
"She could lose her baby Alexander! Don't you dare touch her again." Elliot ordered.
Alexander remained silent, as he watched the dazed woman regain consciousness "Mmh," she winced as she rose a hand to her bruised cheek "You are a b*****d, what kind of person are you?"
"He won't lay another finger on you." Elliot responded as his eyes hot with anger burned into Alexander's back.
"I'm sorry for hitting you Evelyn. But you need to understand whose in charge. Screaming like that will do no good for your baby." He mumbled as he nodded to her stomach.

"Is there any pain? Is the baby alright?" Elliot questioned as he ran a ruff hand threw the matte of his hair.

"I-I think so." Evelyn whimpered, her face twisted in worry, as she cupped her stomach.

"I'm going to see if Mr Sinclair is available, once I tell him I have you in my custody, he will no doubt wish to speak to you, so I want you to speak to him on the phone, but if you even hint to who is keeping you, or where you are contained, I will hurt you." Alexander spoke as she strode from the dismal room leaving a cold chill on Evelyn's skin.

"I can't do this." She whispered to Elliot as she wiped her tear stained eyes, but in her mind she knew she had no choice. She just had to wait it out, a few hours and she would be in Blake's arms.

Elliot peered at the woman before him, she was terrified. Alexander had taken this whole situation way out of hand, that was evident by her bruised cheek. But he had been honest with her, Alexander wouldn't lay another finger on her.

"Let me go." She pleaded.

"You know I can't do that. We need our money then you can go home." Elliot spoke.
"I'm so scared, what if I loose my baby?" She whimpered.

"You won't, I promise. We just need our money and then you can go home, you and your baby." Elliot responded.
"You're nothing like him, are you?" Evelyn questioned.
"No I'm not. We're brothers admittedly, but I possess none of his character." Elliot said gently.
Before Evelyn could utter another word, Alexander returned, his fist was white as he crushed the phone within his palm.

Did Evelyn know about the money her husband owed? Make sure to include her thoughts on the matter. Make sure to include facial expressions and emotions to create more drama. "I'm so scared, what if I loose my baby?"; this should be 'lose'.

I like how you make the two brothers out to be somewhat gentle inside as they don;t want to harm her. However, you must include Alexander's feel of regret after he hit her.
