Finally Over

Finally Over

A Poem by Country Girl47

Finally Over
by Country Girl46
There in the graveyard, body decayed,
Her brother, no longer has to be afraid.
Many times wished with him she could trade
For she felt her brother, she betrayed.

His spirit no longer lived within
It went where it could be free.
Free from rejection, hurt, pain,
Especially, living in misery.

Ravens flying over in darkness
Landing on his tombstone, they reside.
The evil eyes piercing at her
Wishing she too, had died

The crescent orange moon
Hanging up in space
Stars turn to blood
Drops landed on her face
