My Garden Of Friends

My garden of flowers
Remind me of my friends
They are beautiful and full of life
They make a beautiful blend

No matter what color or age
They may even be
The love of God in each one
Of them you see

They are like God's seed
For God's Word they read .
Makes them grow along the way
Have a tender heart indeed

Their smile is as bright
As the shining sun
When they first awake
Til their day is done.

They are showered
By the Holy Spirit, too,
For their minds are on Christ
With Satan, they are through.

So, how many of you
Have a garden of friends like me?
Make you happy and are there
Praying God's love you can see.

There to cheer you up
Help you when you're blue
Encouraging words
They have for you
