Hypocrite

Hypocrite

A Poem by Kelly A. Brown

The world is made up of

hypocrites

who don't know that they are

indeed

hypocrites.

They say one thing today

and do another

tomorrow without realizing their

own

utter

stupidity.

I knew a man who would say

others were too selfish

others were too mean, too harsh, too angry and

yet he would

fight everyday with anyone that

pissed him off

and he would often abuse his elderly

grandmother just because he

was

selfish

mean

harsh and

angry.

Funny how the policeman

can become the

hardened

criminal and also the

other way around.

Human beings are by nature hypocrites simply because they can think and therefore change their minds. It's just those with lesser intelligences that cannot realize that they have contradicted themselves and defend themselves although they know they are completely in the wrong. We all think, but sadly most of us don't think enough.
