Two Sides of The Same Story

        Side 1

 

Life is confusing now,

With so many questions unanswered,

Returned or not returned feelings,

Thoughts that get proven wrong,

People who steer clear after the truth revealed.

 

So different,

Yet,

It has always been there all along.

Right in front of us,

Waiting until all is well to hit,

One thing is said and everything is great,

Couldn’t be happier,

But then it hits and questions come out,

And feelings,

And people do things they might regret.

They stay away for a while,

And wonder if the other feels the same.

Oblivious to the fact that it is the same with the other.

 

So it continues,

And they all keep thinking,

But neither wants to talk to the other.

So they don’t.

 

 

Of course,

This story is only from one point of view.

The other might be written,

But I cannot be the author of that side….

It must be the other that tells the rest.

And how it is for them…
