The OceanA Poem by CJThe Ocean The waves scream to me, As they crash. ‘Come in! Come in!’ They seem to say. The way they move, It seems unnatural. Rip tides, Sweep across the front, Catching the people, In their path. Back and forth, In and out, The waves come and go, Just to return again. They are something you can count on, Unlike most people, They give you a guarantee, To come right back, As long as you, Are there so they can show, That they keep their promise. © 2008 CJReviews
