A nobody

A nobody

A Poem by Cosmic kid

Sitting on the train
You keep your bright red lips sealed tight, as quiet as a mouse
Your deep black eyeliner surrounding the sapphires in your eyes
You look so sophisticated with your short blonde hair
You blend in with the rest while gripping your Starbucks cup.
Nobody knows you
Who you are
Where you came from
I guess that's why you roam around the city
It's where you can be whoever you want to be
Because to everybody else you're just a person.
