Boundless Garden

Boundless Garden

A Poem by Cory Scott

Drifting Through a Boundless Garden
On An Enchanting, Late Spring Day
A Colorful Nirvana, a Myriad of Flowers in Bloom
Dancing To Your Ballad of Serenity
As The Wind Carries Your Voice
I Feel Myself Compelled To Discover
The Angelic Origins of This Verse
"Lonely Rose, Lovely Rose
In This Land of Many Hues
I Wish To The Heavens You'll Seek Me Out
So I Can Share My Love With You"
My Pace Quickens, as I Stroll Forth Through
Seductive Cerulean Nightshade That Vainly Seek
To Ensnare My Focus With Their Sirens Deceit
Whilst The Enrapturing Frost Aster
Aspires To Acquire My Lust, My Laughter
However My Love Is Reserved Solely For You
So I Follow a Path That Materializes Before Me
Ushered By The Amiable Violet Chicory
I Come To a Crystalline Creek
Where The Water Flows To Infinity
And There You Rest At The Waters Brink
Our Eyes Lock, Our Souls Link
My Lips Part, and I Sing
"Lonely Rose, Lovely Rose
In This Land of Many Hues
I Praise The Heavens With Thankfulness
For At Long Last, I've Found You"
I Sit Beside You, Now We're One
And We Gaze Into The Ever Reaching Distance
At The Now Setting Sun
