September 11th

September 11th

A Poem by Cory Stonestreet

On September eleventh

There was a tragic attack

At three different places

By some terrorists from Iraq

They highjacked four planes

The first hit the south tower

It came tumbling down

With extremely forceful power

When the second plane hit

The north tower fell

The people in those towers

Were experiencing hell

The third hit the Pentagon

But that wasn't the last attack to be

The fourth one hit Pennsylvania

Heading for Washington D.C.

That horrible day

I will always remember

I will never forget

The eleventh of September
