For both my friend and my lover

You are the calm of my raging heart.

My light in the pitch of dark.

Your hand the only to pick me up.

You are my whimsical smile and my melodious laugh.

You give me hope when I've none.

My strength when mine fails me.

You are my sunshine through the storm.

You are my smile on a cloudy day.

My feelings when I've none.
