Gone Under

Was having a particularly bad day...

Take me under and close these eyes forever.

Steal my breath and collapse my lungs.

Break this heart that no longer beats.

Tear this flesh that no longer feels.

Snap these bones which no longer support.

Hold prison my soul that no longer desires.
