Nothingness

Nothingness

A Poem by Corset

I did.
I fear the nothingness
because I've been there
in the fetal blackness of space
consciousness
in the unconsciousness
 curled  and naked
I've seen the desolate
the black abyss.

in
certainty

I do not wish to return.

This resonated with me. Powerful and the artwork definitely fits the tone of the poem.
