Miracle

Miracle

A Poem by Corset

Miracle

The Rose set sun
on a restless sea
breathless moonlit crags
Midnite on moonshine
beneath lacy clouds of Ghosts
that haunt the moon drifting
across a navy black pinstripe
of stars
a moon sinks behind the pines

Miracle the difference between
night and day.

A Golden crack of dawn
the sun comes round again
the Earth looks flat beneath
seagulls surfing in the sun
A red sunset on cat o' nines

Miracle

Halos on the wheat head
in the crimson time of day
when the 5 o'clock sun
stretches into shadows
looming at the hedge.

How can you possibly portray the God's landscape through words? well, here it is..
A beautiful sun spreading redness in the sky over blue sea, well explained.
Thanks for the write.
Much love,

Thank you Anu
Remarkable descriptive piece. Sunset over a varied landscape. I particularly like the ghosts. Fine use of metaphor.

Stunning imagery here. Great description. I love watching night slide into day and vice versa. That is a miracle to me. Such a wonderful contrast Corset. Whether sunrise or sunset, I'll be watching.
