Flames

Flames

A Poem by Courtney
"

.

"
The fire dances before me
Reflecting on my blue eyes
It jerks from side to side
It reaches to the sky
It is angry and vile
Searching for the ones
It will take down
While I watch and smile
For the remnants of my past
Are burning to worthless ash

I couldn't tell you were this came from or what it came from exactly. I like it though.

Thank you
I kinda like this too especially the last two phrases to me it sounds like a premonition for a new beginings, moving on or perhaps even acceptance on things that thave happened. excellent work.
