RAINA Poem by Beyond_The_Rainbow
I yearn for the rain which kisses my skin so softly,
Comforting my heart which aches awfully, It seems like I can never fix this, To forget you is all that I wish. You promised me a heaven on earth, But how much was it really worth? The same lips I once kissed, Deceived me, did you really exist? I yearn for that same rain to take me away, Let me cry in it's cold embrace, My soul won't stop bleeding, Until my heart stops beating. I gave you the sky, And you stole the stars, So just let me have a bit of rain, To wash away the memories and pain. © 2024 Beyond_The_Rainbow |
