a cat finding its new home and then left out side

one day my neighbors crossed the road they might have been neglecting a cat because one of the cats came to my house and sat outside and ate cat food and water stayed on my deck all night and then after a while we started to let the cat in for the shelter and nice place to sleep and love that cats need they are not the kind of pet that lives outside all the time so the cat choose me to take care of the cat and we had found out that the cat had diabetes and we cared for him as long as we could and then it came to be my birthday and he was supposed to be my birthday gift  but when my mom went to see if we could get him back and they told my mom that he wasn adoptable that he had to many health problems ie been sad every scene
