Prologue

Prologue: In this world, strong superpowers were valued very highly. Many governments built schools, academies to train the future generation. Throughout the many nations, tension grew not only between other nations but with its own people. Civilians argued over how the kids shouldn’t be used as a weapon or superpowers shouldn’t determine the kid’s opportunities in life. As that happened, people with the same ideals united together to make clans. Clans would continue to poke at each other until eventually one day the thin rope that was holding everything together broke. Chaos ensued the world and clans began to fight with one each other. Many clans began to become corrupt as they gained power. Soon only a handful of strong clans were left. Eventually, the leaders of all the clans came together to make a truce. They divided the land equally and left each other alone. Many clans weren’t happy with the current situation, they were bloodthirsty and wanted to fight. So the clans hired mercenaries to attack one another. All of this was covered up, clans didn’t want to start a war based on a few assassinations.The clan Oblivion decided to raise children whom they saw talent in and children that wanted to join the superpower workforce were allowed to join academies made to train them.
