A poem is filled with feelings

With sad or happy things

It is the light on a dark day

A poem have so much to say

It is a melody and a song

Short or long

That doesn't matter

Dreams that shatter

The warm golden sunlight

Left or right

A poem is filled with art

It is the rhythm of the heart

Well put and well said. I quite agree with the final line "It is the rhythm of the heart."
