Cells

Cells

A Poem by CookeCody

Like brain cells that are dying from the outside in

become aware and realize,

their numbers are shrinking every second, and

in order for the brain as a machine

and living organ to survive, the

fewer and fewer cells must

make themselves matter

for the sake of compensation,

we become more

and more indignant every second.
