Frantic Love

Frantic Love

A Poem by Pablo Cole

Frantic Love

Frantic love
The necessity of being
To be loved
And to share that which we render
Endearing
As lilies dance upon the night lake wind
And as this silence lingers
So doth my heart
Captivated swooned
Delighting in her touch
Slowly she advances
But still yet I must decline
No longer can I entertain the
Thought
Of this frantic love, insatiable ways
Which leaves one distraught and unfeeling
And which easily can be removed
While the one i love is away
I must succumb to wisdom

What more? I have none to say
