STAY IN THE GROOVE OF YOUR NEUROTIC LOVE

STAY IN THE GROOVE OF YOUR NEUROTIC LOVE

A Poem by Pablo Cole

Ive got neurotic love in my five year plan

The kind of love you cannot understand

Oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah yeah

Until kingdom come

Well try to understand the meaning to the song of the land

I'm going to love you once and for all

There''ll be no question

I resolved

I will be equal to your thoughts

Stay in the groove

My mind is falling rain on an empty street

Lay down your diamond, lay down you gun

You expected you to do what children do

Before you judge look first in my eyes

But you are numb to my parade

Send someone around to be nude in the mirror

With a bottle of wine

The sandman wants your number

Stay in the groove

It's a date

I turned on the radio to feel your soul

I stopped and became a wandering monk

Without a regret
