Sith Girlfriend

Sith Girlfriend

A Poem by Pablo Cole

  1.  Sith Girlfriend
  2.                 ~~~~
  3. The measure of a woman's roaring
  4. She's given me
  5. The sum of play
  6. Cold and calculating
  7. Captured my heart so cunningly
  8. And this and this is this is what she says:
  9.                 ~~~~
  10. "What do you want and how do you get it?
  11. That is the world and you know it
  12. The truth and that is all
  13. And gradually by the story's end you know it pet you'll surely be my helpless doll"
  14.                 ~~~~
  15. She doesn't want to write the book
  16. And she doesn't want to sing the sad song
  17. The fire is hot, the wine is comforting
  18. Pain is the way to all she wants
  19.                 ~~~~
  20. She's my sith girlfriend
  21. Her kiss is a hot flame
  22. She's' my sith girlfriend
  23. I'm lost against her skin - it's to blame
  24.                 ~~~~
  25. Her uniform is tight and fashionable
  26. Steel beauty in her eyes
  27. Her hair braided and pinned
  28. Her laser and dark light saber at her side
  29.                 ~~~~
  30. I always wanted to be a jedi
  31. But now she's transfixed my mind
  32. It's all a mess of complication and contradiction
  33. In my head she says it's who I am - Ghastly I must hide!
  34.                 ~~~~
  35. She's my sith girlfriend
  36. She's my messy lover spy
  37. She's my sith girlfriend
  38. And she's making me into the bad guy
  39.                 ~~~~
  40. Never beyond the power of her touch
  41.  That truth hits rough
  42. The measure of my wandering heart's disloyalty
  43. Emotions turn forlorn royalty
  44. Too much as such!
  45.                 ~~~~
  46. It's a cruel game for my soul I am lost in her arms
  47. She's playing for victory
  48.  My love is jeopardy
