For the love of GodA Poem by FoReHeAd IMprEgNaBlei did some editing for once....ooooo fancy words taste good.my fathers love has always been thick the way you think of tar the tussle and tug-of-war my face perturbed and tarnished caked in mud, and stained with obscenity
a strong, sometimes violent current that pours and pulls along its course I contest, the weight of magnetism the abysmal heights of a cathedral celing where my father spun sticky webs, with delicate leaflets that we tore down when we got drunk
when i'm stirred from distressed slumber and spill the glass of water that sits on my bedside table i bend a smile towards the Heavens. © 2011 FoReHeAd IMprEgNaBle |
