Los Suenos Tan Ricos de Panama

Los Suenos Tan Ricos de Panama

A Poem by ConnectedWinds
"

Memories of a curly, dark haired lover on a deserted beach

"

Like grasping grains of sand as they slip through my fingers,

I struggle to hold on to the lush, rich dreams of the night.

Dark skies lit with the celestial fires,

Its dark waves curling in softly,

Its salt water smothering the skin in warm kisses

Its warm, gentle breath caressing the skin,

Familiarly exotic smells permeate my heart,

Filling me with their magical charms,

Cradling my dreaming soul in comfort, peace, bliss

Not wanting to lose,

All but the few precious grains,

In the harsh morning light.
