A Night Rainbow, The MoonbowA Poem by ConfuserWaiting for LoveNight’s Rainbow, The
MoonBow A rainbow glistened in a dark sky Spreading through starlight Thunder roared as lonely clouds Ripped into the atmosphere Upon my wave of hopefulness I search for you my dear Miraculous Lights twinkle Gleaming brilliant colors flow Into my pleading heart and soul I’ll wait forever, never to let go Many years and many days But nothing changed your plane I danced for sweet rain to bring You near, for the rare Moon’s Bow to appear " now I see It’s half ring hidden in my memory A hundred different ways to collide With my propensity to laugh and cry Waiting for drops to take my pain Pretending my meek measures would Make you smile, but life’s too short For lonely clouds these parched days Longing I asked the moon to come down
low, But the hellcats of hullabaloo said “oh
no no” You need only a mist to see his
rainbow Tenderly embrace our dark paradise It calls for love’s blissful guise © 2015 ConfuserAuthor's Note
