Cherry Tree Blossoms....& Me

Cherry Tree Blossoms....& Me

An observation: Strength we have as women.....relationships, human nature.......Actually saw blooms scattered a few inches thick...wind was roaring & cold.

Cherry Tree Blossoms…& Me

Cherry tree blooms tossed by strong winds,

But isn’t spring time their best friend?

Ominous feelings of loss appearing again

Showered by desperate allusions…

Tiny pink petals falling like snow;

Laying close together on concrete roads

Thrown upon hard surfaces from security

Of two glorious trees side by side they glide

But took notice one was taller and leaned

Together but helpless as fragile petals fly

Free….Landing unraveled stacked packed

I wish to help them…doesn’t anyone see

To cradle them like a baby and hold closely

Feel their touch; such beauty to behold

To be so young, but yet feels so old

Blowing and shoved hard aside rocky roads

Seeking peaceful respite in the bends

Wondering how the storm began

So very sick and tired of bitter ends

A sadness flows deeply within my soul

I know it’s too late; destiny’s hard swaying toll

Taking the changes in stride, just wanting to survive

Tiny seedling with such innocence now in doubt

Prayers for soft warming breezes erased from boughs

Reminiscent of generous love given heaved about

Hope rises like the sprouts now pushed around

Indignant swerved curves on controlling shoals

Cherry blossoms once warmed now ice cold

Flying into eternity cannot deny the folds

And creases coming directly at me screaming

Wastefulness; Anger, Anger, Anger and Pain

Piled together for years and the pink blooms

Just flew….no flurrying worries to attend to

No problems to realize; bleeding them dry

Can we slowly wilt away in coldness?

Lonely forgetting our true boldness

Allowing confidence to be drained by

Miniature twangs of jealous creatures

With useless brains steadfast to defame

Overcome and shocked, extreme sadness shrilling inside from cherry tree blooms? Their life was short-lived but they are now free; born to give beauty to humanity and a belligerent wind came along…Thermalised air coming from every direction….on a parade of pink petal lined clouds floating lightly released from agony knowing sometimes a hard curb is better than enduring a liar’s words….the blossoms that fall are just beginning their God given journey…

If someone says they love you, and constantly walk above you, criticizing everything you do: Take a stand and say “b***h” you’re really a crazy a*s fan

I see those little delicate petals as all the women who have fallen or been put down but still are so soft and beautiful.
They need to be scooped up and cherished. The one bad word is very fitting. I wouldn't worry about it.
There is a strong message here. Well done!

While many of the images you have created are lovely, the pain and emotion in your words is powerful and heartfelt. So many wonderful lines, it is impossible to pick my favorite.
Brilliant writing my friend.

Sometimes we feel something foreboding in air, even in the midst of spring. That feeling that something is going to go very very wrong. At such times we desperately hope for things to go on as pretty as ever. But as you said in these amazing lines....

"floating lightly released from agony knowing sometimes a hard curb is better than enduring a liar’s words….the blossoms that fall are just beginning their God given journey…"

The analogy used for the betrayals and the unpredictability of life is so beautiful. The pink blooms once warm, now ice cold will stay with me...
