Carried Away......

 Carried Away….

A soul felt by a wind,

So light like a breath,

Invisible but endearing,

Like a soft caress shocking the senses,

Such an intriguing power pulled it higher into the outer atmosphere.

An articulate Southeastern draw captured it; taken away so far so high, like a magnetic ring.

 

Below valleys, deserts, oceans and shores

Out-line the boundaries but just convection

Forming brilliant colors, odorless, a curious nothingness persists.

Nature’s connection is no longer perplexing.   

Indifference prevails:  no pleading or confusion, wishes or illusions.

No haughty thirst for answers.

The treasure trove of anticipation evaporated in a nanosecond like the ghost visualized in the cloudy layers of familiar affability somewhere between the days and nights,

Infinitely forever altered within this realm.

 

An angel sealed within the universe voiced infinite tones emphatically silent, deafening, devouring and undefeated.

How can this be a reality? Only instinct exists in between the brilliance of light realizing the magnificence of life.

The Virtuous sounds seem so pure and overpowering; filtered away in the universe.

Ecstasy’s revelation is minuscule in comparison.

 

The vast distance immense and profound between this cosmic elation that rises with the wind.

A continuous flight effortlessly divided by planes of existence and time dividing

Like cells to maintain autonomy and once assured freedoms.

No yesterdays or tomorrows, no worries or sorrows….

 

Captured inside and out, whatever comfort encompasses the spirit;

No longer mystified,

Abrogating this privilege; Realizing a precious freedom, given unsuspectingly; a prayer for the universe,

God give this warmth and affection to them for who am I?

 But desire’s stirring cordiality calls tenderly.

This is a stunningly handsome write. I had no problem at all understanding the depth of your poem but, I will tell you this. I could not have written that. You have a gift of imaginative thought that can put a poem like that together. I simply do not. You have a special talent. I do not know how long it took you to write and be satisfied with that poem but, it was worth the time. I am a different kind of a writer, I think. I get a thought , a phrase, a combination of words, anything in my head and I go and Voila, I have a poem. My talent I think comes through in my skill at editing my own work. I am most impressed by you!

I liked it .The imagination it took to be written, is worth of a praisefull clap and again very well descripted. Dale you have that mind with your writings you can blow any reader and take them to a fantastic and imaginative world.
