A Poem by White Rose
"

A terrible poem that tries to explain my great grandmother's life and what I'm trying to live up to. I hope you enjoy and if you have any suggestions please by all means share.

"
A flash of gold,
a dash of blue,
sprinkles of purple,
a mix of life,
and out comes
... you.

Teachings of life,
smears of pink,
Words of encouragement,
splats of red.
Several years later
out comes a pupil.

A smear of greys,
black, and dark blue
a tear is created.
In a picture of pain
a small sprinkle of silver,
yellow, golds, and marigolds
creates hope.

One painting was hung and sold
you lived a life of gold.
Now it's my turn, but
what to paint?
None of my pieces
will live up to you.
