Your Beauty

Your Beauty

A Poem by White Rose
"

This is another poem my boyfriend wrote to me.

"
There is no way you were created by chance,
you are so amazing I see you in every glance.
Whatever I see, I am reminded of you,
here are examples of just a few:
Rolling hills of golden daffodils,
a fragrance that pleases and fills.

The sight of a mere butterfly,
so gentle, yet it can fly so high.
Or perhaps a tree swaying in the breeze,
and the sight of autumn leaves.

The majesty of the ocean's waves,
your beauty calms and saves.
The feeling of the cool sand,
I recall the simple touch of your hand.

Not seeing you I cannot withstand,
because your splendor is just so grand.
I see your face in the moonlight,
you make the darkest places bright,
even in the cool of the night,
you can make the gloomy places light.

The sight of a brilliant rainbow,
just makes me think of you though,
you are so special you should be wearing a halo,
I guess I am feeling the sting of Cupid's arrow.

You look so beautiful all the time,
I can't explain it even with the best rhyme.
You are so lovely, I want to stand by you closely,
you are too good for even my best poetry.
