A Poem by Emmily Wood
"

This was just a piece I wrote up one lonely night, my mind was wandering. Even though these moods are difficult to deal with, I often find my most favorite poems come from it.

"
You tell me you love me.
You say it everyday.
What happened to make you push me away?
I’ve made my mistakes.
I’ve traveled my miles.
I had never felt like I do with you.
Tonight, as I stare at the moon.
You’re the only thought.
You may not be here.
But my heart still beats.
Every second.
For you.
