This Was Never My World

This Was Never My World

A Poem by Commanda Panda

Reality is where dreamers come to die.

The worst part of life is waking up.

It’s all like a bad game of peek-a-boo.

That’s why I hot glued the lids shut on my eyes.

Now I’ll never lose the world I belong to.

Now the rest of me won’t drip away.

My potential energy will become kinetic.

Ascension will finally be mine.
