I have looked for you in every lover I have ever taken
and I find myself crushed beyond all reason when they are not you In the secret place between what is thought and said I am haunted by the ghost of you Not the version I possessed But the soul I knew You could become Even now you are not the you for which I have been longing Oh how I wish that you were Oh that I could will it Please I have I can't I will bend your will I won't Yet this is my burden to bear to know and love the unknown of that which is yet to come And so I continue looking forward in your absence ever seeking as always, as ever © 2016 ComewhatevermayReviews
