Insatiable

Insatiable

A Poem by Comewhatevermay

I am pulled

As you climb into my bed

My eyes still heavy from sleep

Your hair wet from your morning shower

You hold on to me

Searching for remains

Of last night's devotion

Of so many nights before

It is here

Hiding beneath the surface of a wet dream.

Such a simple, understated moment, all the more intriguing for what is said, as well as what is left to the imagination. The title is one of those perfect words that are so descriptive, of a moment tasted, as well as felt.
