I can feel it, you see.

I can feel everything.

I feel you even though you are lost. Even though you aren’t here.

I can feel our memories.

I can feel our love.

I can feel every time we kissed.

I can feel every time we touched.

I can feel everything.

I can feel your hatred and my deception.

I can feel our fights.

I can feel our separation.

I can feel our darkness and I can feel our light.

I can feel our stormy days and I can feel our sunlight.

I can feel when you left, a cloud of mystery.

I can feel when you promised, broken, bringing misery.

I can feel the heartbreak.

I can feel the cold.

I can feel the dream, so carelessly sold.

I can feel your laughter.

I can feel your smile.

I can feel your warmth, please stay awhile.

I can feel your distance, so far away from me.

I can feel it, you see.

But I can’t feel your face in the morning, 

The first thing I used to see.

Our hearts: Do we guard them or wear them upon our sleeve to be easily seen?
Emotion housed close or spread and shared giving a sanctum?
We can but care, we may not try, then fail...but as the saying goes:
"It is better to have loved and lost then to not have loved at all.'
How lonely those who give up on life and on love.

What you can't see is the rule of two!
It takes two people working TOGETHER as a unit to make a relationship work
Through the hard times of misunderstandings to the fines times of sweet dreams of each other
it takes two. the rule of two spell it out for yourself take notes

Well thank you very much for your advice! This is an old poem from an old relationship, not the one I am currently in. But I absolutely agree with you, it takes two people to make a relationship work and for the relationship to grow! Thank you for reading!

Love cannot exist without pain. For there can be no shadow without light but the trick is to become stronger than the pain that love carries like a curse, housing in one's heart. One must become so strong that the pain will become afraid of your strength. People can break each other just as easy as one can break a glass if one loses the grip on the glass object. If the glass is shattered, the remains will not fade away. They can be pieced together, for a broken heart can be reconstructed and transform into something more beautiful and strong. I really like this beautiful poem.

Exactly! Love cannot exist without pain. There cannot be happiness without pain. One must be broken in order to be fully whole. A broken heart can be put back together by the proper hands. I appreciate your kind words as always! They give me purpose and peace! Thank you for reading!
