An analysis on being usedA Poem by COLLYMORESo many people get used in this world, yet one would have thought that the majority of them would have learnt this lesson by now.By You lied to me in order to have me make love to you when it wasn’t at all necessary for you to do so, as in my case you must have known that you were pushing at an open door; such was the intensity of the feelings which I had for you. Besides, what I wanted for us was much more than just an ephemeral or unemotional extravaganza of carnal expectations and lustful realization. However, your intentions, effusively characterized by your unseemly behaviour, were obviously intentionally different in their character and purpose from my own. © Stanley V.
