SnowflakesA Poem by Coll SilvermoonWe all hate it when it stops us from doing what we need toGentle snowflakes Fall to the ground Down through the sky without a sound This tells us Winter is here and the snow will fall again this year Each a fingerprint a unique design something to be cherished until the end of time Snow is delicate as you can see it melts away by a touch from me Frustration looms when lots of it drop for when it starts it doesn’t seem to stop Be brave, be strong Be still, be warm it won’t be long before summer comes Then the heat you will complain and again it will be winter again© 2014 Coll SilvermoonAuthor's Note
