Shyness. Awe? A lot to wonder about the feeling. Nervousness. Another feeling of love perhaps, a feeling of yearning and desire so intense we feel our heart coming out of our chest. So much to say, so much we want to say, but then: we swallow all the words whole. The eve reference was wonderfully used in a refreshing manner, not cliched (or not too cliched). Well used! I wonder, is it swallowing our desire or are we being sinful by being silent and not letting the apple out?
You've made me think, and from such a short piece I appreciate it immensely. If the next pieces are as good as the first two you have a great series on hand here.
I really like this one. It is short, but says so much. The connection of the apple and the story of Adam and Eve is strong for me. I think this is one of my favorites.
this one really hits home for me, and it is amazing how your words have such a powerful effect even with so few of them. very striking, very inspiring, you have a real talent here, thank you for sharing
Perfect! Concise, clear delivery. Just enough words and a fabulous last line: "like Eve in the garden, I swallow sin whole". Snare, snare...bass. Lands just right.
