And Everything That Will BeA Poem by Cole HayleyI won't let you fall apart. And Everything That Will Be. Stained with the clamour of this age-old daunted muse we lie in the echoes of the celestial capsizing moon, underneath the ripples of the parting billow. Our rusted hairline slips down past our contorted spine and flows into the corruption of this rocky loam. We wait for the empyrean funeral to levigate us into pieces and filter our bodies through the overlooking pageantry oasis. But it never did come to that. Cursed to be the children of an imperial beauty we will never live up to our sacred allure or tedious prospect. Instead we will whisper secrets into the magnetic horizon's ear filling it with tiny excuses for everything that once was. The orders of desultory chance that brought us here is staggering. I cannot calculate the delicacy of this artistry bloom and I also cannot immerse myself into its captivating womb. But it will never come to that. © 2012 Cole HayleyAuthor's Note
