What the blues sing to me..

The blues sings to me..
Of past relevance and insecurities..
Of more wisdom and less hatred..
They show me what I have..
And for that I'm thankful..

For that note is but a G7..
It sounds like a heartbeat to me..
The music is alive..
And so full of emotional..
It's broken men and women..
Preaching to us their troubles..
Not to whine but to shine..
"Look at what I've been through"..
I sing It out.. Not shoot myself..
Not drown myself in yesterday's sorrows..
But sing and praise on life itself..
For that moment is behind me..

What the blues says to me..
Be happy..
Be truthful..
Don't make your loved one..
Sing their songs to let it out..
But sing their song in happiness..

The blues says to me..
My happiness towards how beautiful life is..
And my eyes being focused on the beauty of everyone..
Is what is needed for me..

Now everyone is different..
But everyone is strong..
We all have our own way..
And no way is wrong..
Be courageous..
Look for the beauty in the world..
If you simply do that..
Your life will be less quarreled..
Stop caring what everyone thinks..
Stop worrying about simple things..
Be happy..

That's what blues tell me.
