Wasted LoveA Poem by Das Madchen
And why does he
who broke your heart still rules you out? But isn't he the one, the sole reason of all the despair? Wasn't it not love, just plain madness Years pass by, and when it's almost half the decade Memories nevertheless turn not hazy Of his love ridden face, and that look so facile The heart might want what it wants But what becomes of the love that brings on only pain And all the while the dreams weaved all go in vain Only if what was unprecedented was all foreseen But how would you ever know of love if it wasn't for him © 2015 Das MadchenReviews
